Different from conventional sand control tubes, this screen adopts an integrated combination of base pipe, inner protective sheath, drainage layer, filter layer and outer protective sleeve, which effectively balances high sand retention rate and stable fluid permeability. It can reliably intercept fine silt and tiny formation particles, solving the common blockage and abrasion problems of traditional screens in complex oil, gas and geothermal wells. With anti-corrosion metal materials and standardized punching process, it realizes long service life and low maintenance cost for downhole operation.
